What is the Keratin Hair Therapy by
COPPOLA?
It is a specially formulated revitalizing
and rejuvenating treatment for the
hair that eliminates frizz and curl. The
advanced patent pending formulation
restores and restructures hair by infusing
a special blend of natural keratin deep
into the damaged cuticle. The keratin
is bonded into the cuticle by the heat
of the flat iron to relax the hair's sub-
cuticle layer.
Is this the same as Chemical Straightening?
No, they are two different services. Chemical straightening breaks the bonds in the hair and grows out by the root. Keratin therapy smooths and relaxes the hair, eliminating frizz and when heat activated cuts your maintenance time drastically. Chemical straightening cannot be done on highly bleached or damaged hair, Keratin therapy is perfect for damaged or highly bleached hair.
What results can be expected after Treatment?
The hair will be more manageable and

Can Hair be coloured before the treatment?
Yes! A great time to have the treatment done would be directly after
coloring
or chemically treating the hair. The color will be sealed in, leaving
the hair
vibrant and extending the life of the color, however, you must wait two weeks after the treatment before colouring the hair.
What kind of shampoo or Conditioner should I use?
We recommend you use the Keratin Complex shampoo and conditioners to ensure your hair stays keratin infused. Normal shampoos contain sodium-chloride which remove the keratin that has been infused in the hair.
Is it safe for hair that has been chemically treated?
Yes its perfect for Blondes, damaged and chemically treated hair as the treatment will infuse the hair with keratin making it stronger, more manageable and easier to maintain.
How often should I have the Treatment done?
The treatment can last up to 5 months. But it depends on your hair and how you care for it. The more treatments you have done, the better the result as it keeps the build up of Keratin in the hair, making it more smooth, more shiny and more straight.
When you leave the Salon
1. You must not wash the hair or get it wet for 3 days.
2. Do not tie the hair up or back for 3 days or use clips.
3. After 3 days you can wash the hair as normal but you must use the recommended products by Coppola to ensure the keratin infusion is kept in the hair.
